With more than 25 years of professional experience, Nancy has developed acute skills for working with people and systems as a coach and advisor. She is trained and certified in several individual and relational assessments and programs. Her focus is on helping people to identify individual, relational, and systemic strengths that support positive change.
As a former marriage and family therapist, Nancy possesses skills and abilities in providing support and education to those experiencing conflict, dissatisfaction, distress, communication difficulties, infidelity, parenting challenges, trauma, and grief. Today she operates from a coaching paradigm that is systemic, client centered, and strengths-based using a variety of techniques including assessment, dialogue, and visualization.
Nancy has owned and operated her own business, and held senior staff, management, and consulting positions for a variety of organizations. She was formerly a Vice President of Organization Development for a national consultancy employing more than 3000 professionals.
