Ray has owned and led a variety of businesses, serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives, and has served as a Group Chair for the international CEO organization Vistage. He brings extensive experience working with closely held and family-owned businesses, mid-market companies, and Fortune 1000 corporations on executive and organization development.
With more than 25 years of professional experience, Nancy has developed acute skills for working with people and systems as a coach and advisor. She was formerly a Vice President of Organization Development for a national consultancy employing more than 3,000 professionals, and has held senior staff, management, and consulting positions across a variety of organizations.
